At Lansdowne Animal Hospital, the exam room is where compassionate care begins. During your pet's appointment, one of our team members will first gather important information about your pet's health, lifestyle, diet, medications, and any concerns you may have noticed at home. This conversation helps us better understand your pet's overall wellbeing and allows us to provide personalized recommendations for their care.
The veterinarian will then perform a thorough physical examination, carefully assessing your pet from nose to tail. This may include checking the eyes, ears, teeth, heart, lungs, skin, joints, weight, and overall body condition. Depending on your pet's needs, we may discuss preventative care such as vaccines, parasite prevention, nutrition, dental health, or diagnostic testing. Our goal is to ensure your pet stays healthy while also identifying any concerns as early as possible.
